As a child, I was always active and loved playing sports. But as I got older and entered high school, I started to focus more on academics and less on my physical health. I spent long hours at my desk, snacking on junk food and not getting enough exercise 1 was tired all the time, my clothes were getting tighter, and i just didn’t feel good about myself. That’s when I decided to make a change.
started by incorporating more physical activity into my daily routine. 1 went for runs and signed up for fitness classes at the gym. As I became more active, I noticed a dramatic improvement in my energy levels and overall mood
But I knew that exercise alone wasn’t enough.
